To best serve our clientele we stress the importance of partnership with professional associations in the insurance industry. This ensures that we remain up-to-date with industry practices, legislative changes and other areas of development in a rapidly changing field. To this end, we devote a lot of time, energy and resources sharing and communicating with our partners.

• Keyfacts is a member of the following professional associations, with regular attendance at their annual conferences, meetings and seminars:
  
  AQAM (Association québécoise des archivistes médicales), a Québec-based association of medical archivists with which we work in partnership. We often attend and sponsor their annual 2-day training conference and provide a booth where we present our services and meet with medical archivists on a one-to-one basis.
  
  CIU (Canadian Institute of Underwriters): We are a member and participate at their annual conference.
  
  AQT-V (Association québécoise des tarificateurs-vie), a Québec-based association of insurance underwriters. We are a member and participate at their annual conference.
  
  UAT (Underwriters Association of Toronto): We attend regular meetings and events throughout the year.
  
  AHOU (Association of Home Office Underwriters): We are a member and participate at their annual conference.
