Here's how Teleview works:

  • Send us your requests over the Internet through the Teleview online system, or fax your order to us.

  • Requests, call scheduling and follow-up are managed by an automated system.

  • Each case is assigned to one of our skilled employees according to the applicant's location and language preference (English or French; other languages can be accommodated).

  • During the interview, your customized questionnaire expands dynamically according to the applicant's answers (generic questionnaires also available), and all relevant information is collected.

  • Multiple questionnaires support different product lines.

  • We record and archive tele-interviews, track your orders, and note all actions taken with their dates. You can access the current status of your cases via the Internet with a valid user ID and password.

  • Get the completed report (valid certificate required) in several output formats: PDF, TIF, or XML for system-to-system transfer.

  • A scoring module evaluates the overall risk, and a summary section highlights specific areas of risk.
